🌿PCOS has multifaceted etiopathogenesis. It can be a result of stress, disturbance in HPO axis, hyperandrogenaemia, or some genetic causes.Diet

🌿Ayurvedic treatment of PCOS involves the use of herbs to boost fertility and maintain a balance of hormones. It also requires you to go through various types of therapies and maintain a balanced diet.

🌿The following healthy foods can

  • lower inflammation

  • keep blood sugar levels in check

  • help you maintain a healthy weight

  • mitigate the side effects of gut issues

  • other uncomfortable manifestations of PCOS.

🥦 FIBERS

Examples of high-fiber foods for a PCOS diet include:

🥬Seeds (chia, flax, sunflower seeds)

🥬Legumes (black beans, lentils, chickpeas)

🥬Berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
